This is a stunning example of this popular set Scott #17-26 (3pf-1m) are Very Lightly Hinged, but the high values, Scott #27-29 (2m - 5m) are Mint Never Hinged. The 5m is NH, but does have an extremely minor gum scuff in the upper left quadrant and is not counted at the full never hinged price. Centering with the exception of the 3 pf is close to extra fine and the high values have jumbo margins. It's a great set!

CHECK THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. THEY WERE SCANNED AT VERY HIGH RESOLUTION.
