1926 US 583a BK69 Complete Booklet of the 2c Washington Rotary press fourth bureau issue, perforated 11x10.5. The booklet contains 2 pains of six 2c stamps that have been canceled, Corvallis Oregon with a double wavy line on each side of the town. The panes are MNH. The booklet appears to have been re-stapled after its original creation, possibly after the cancellation process. The second pane is loose but not detached on one side. Interleaving is included between the panes of stamps. The back cover includes a message about the Postal Savings System. The booklet cover condition overall is Fine-Very Fine with very minor impact on the lower right corner, very light shelf ware and some discoloration around the staples. The Booklet Panes (2) are F-VF.
