Returns

- Overseas returns are always paid by the buyer
- Collections, Mixtures and large/lots may only be returned with prior approval
- We allow returns up to 90 days if you notify us of your intent to submit an item for certification and the item is determined to be counterfeit, altered or incorrectly identified.
