This is a stunning example of this popular set Scott #7-17 (3pf-2m) are Very Lightly Hinged, but the high values, Scott #18-19 (3m - 5m) are Mint Never Hinged. Centering throughout the set is very fine or better with several values extra fine (XF) if not better. It's a great set!
