This unlisted freak printing error is found on both booklet panes within this complete booklet.

  • Only the "2" of "22", is fully visible, and the the "A" of "USA" is missing on both the Lightning Whelk stamp (#2121) at the bottom of the pane.
  • The "A" is missing from "USA" on both the Calico Scallop stamp (#2120) second from the bottom.
  • The "2" of "22" is damaged on both the New England Neptune stamps (#2119), middle
  • The "2" of "22" and the "A" of "USA" are brown instead of black on both the Reticulated Helmet stamps (#2118)
  • The "2" of "22" is damaged and both the 2 and the "A" of "USA" are brown instead of black on both the Frilled Dogwinkle stamps (#2117)

It is unknown how many examples of the EFO booklet exist.
